What is The Paper Bureau

We are a small family run business with the aim of being an emporium of uniquely designed art for your walls.

Where are you based and where will my order ship from?

Our company HQ is located in England, but we have partnered with print labs all across the globe to offer local production in over 30 countries.

Your order will ship from the closet print lab to your address location. Of course this depends on stock availably too.

How long will my order take to print and ship?

Your order will take between 1-4 business days to make. Please note we don’t process or ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Our production times sometime increase around Christmas, if so there will be an announcement on this website.

Can I track my order?

You will be kept up to date on the status of your order via the email provided at checkout, or via the “my account” page if you have an account with us.

A tracking number and link will be given for all orders. If you haven’t received any email, just let us know and we’ll send you your tracking info manually.

Is it possible to collect my order instead?

No, it is unfortunately not possible to collect products from The Paper Bureau.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We aim to get all orders into production asap (it is also partially automated). Because we only have a small window to cancel or amend your order once placed. Please get in touch asap.

How long will your prints last?

We use fade resistant archival standard inks in all our prints. In optimal conditions, prints are expected to last anywhere up to 100 years. We use acrylic glass in our frames which offer some UV protection, but direct sunlight can still fade ink over time.

Do I need to get anything to hang my framed print?

All our frames come with back fixings as standard, but you will need to purchase either picture hooks or nails to hang them on your walls. Alternatively you could hang them up using 3M picture hanging strips.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use stripe to process all payments, this means we accept the following:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Klarna (Flexible payments)
• All major credit and debit cards

Is your website secure?

We use HTTPS on all pages on our store, this means everything you do on our site is encrypted by default. This doesn’t just mean payment info, all info entered on our store is fully encrypted and secure.
