What shipping options do you offer/cost?

How long will my order take to print and ship?

Cards take 24-48 hours from ordering. Notebooks, Journals and Photobooks take a little longer, 48-72 hours from ordering. Please note we don’t process or ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

Can I track my order?

You will be kept up to date on the status of your order via the email provided at checkout, or via the “my account” page if you have an account with us.

To allows us to offer you the lowest cost delivery costs, shipment tracking is only available for express shipping.

I’m having issues with your customisation tool, how can I place an order?

No problem. Software can be buggy sometimes. Just pop us an email with all the details, and we’ll be able to do the design for you.

How do I send a card/gift directly to someone?

Easy, just choose “Send in envelope” on the product page and enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We will then sent the card directly to them, no invoice or anything else included.

Is it possible to collect my order instead?

No, it is unfortunately not possible to collect products from The Paper Bureau.
